2015 Ministers Conference

2015 Ministers Conference

Stop playing games.  Get in or get out.  If God woke you in the night and told you to get up and leave everything and tell no-one, would you do it? Until you are His slave, you are not His!  How can you believe Jesus died for your sins and that He raised from the dead and not believe everything in-between?  Listen to what is said and stop trying to interpret it.  You’re not justified by the works of the law or even your faith, you are justified by the faith of Jesus Christ.

SUBJECT:

2015-10-11 am

  • Read the Vision of Two Revivals.
  • Brother Davy asked himself “What’s wrong with the churches?”  Then he asked “What’s wrong with THIS church?”  The Lord showed him that this church is on a hill and they need to get off the hill and onto the path.  Then he was shown that he was on the hill too.
  • If God woke you in the night and told you to get up and leave everything and tell no-one, would you do it?
  • We must have the same mind, the mind of Christ.
  • What is your cross to bear?  Jesus took the sins from us.  People will come against you and you must reciprocate with love.
  • Jesus promises tribulation and too many churches (including this one) do not share the cost of accepting Jesus.
  • The cost is laying down your life and putting off the old man and doing only that which is the Lord’s will.
  • If you seek the love of the world, get out!  The cost of being a believer on Jesus is that the world will persecute you, put you in prison and even kill you.  Are you ready for that?  If not, get out.
  • Where God is, satan can not be there.  Darkness cannot well with the light.
  • Until you are His slave, you are not His!
  • You’re either a slave to sin and satan or a slave to love and Christ.
  • The only correct word of God is the KJV 1611, it is the only Bible that does not have a copyright on it.  Get it, read it, learn it.
  • Do not be ashamed to share the Gospel, which is Jesus Christ.
  • Show people the love and power of God, so they know He is real and they have been brought to a place of decision.  You can’t choose for them.
  • You need to no longer be about your own business, but be about the Lord’s business.
  • Jesus struggled with His fathers will, but He did it anyway.
  • The fruit of your labor is to serve God, not just your belly.
  • Even sleep can be an exercise of faith.
  • In Hebrews 3:12 it talks about departing from the Lord and it has to do with an evil heart of unbelief, not departing because of sin.
  • In Hebrews 3:13 it talks about the deceitfulness of sin.  Sin always gives you a reason to be justified.
  • Get rid of every excuse for not accomplishing what you were told to do.
  • This message was your daily bread.  Hold fast to it, receive it and don’t let it go.

2015-10-12 am

  • Time to get back to basics.
  • Most people don’t pick up on the fact that Jesus wasn’t always talking sweetly and kindly to the disciples.
  • Even ministers need to be upbraided.
  • The promise is that Jesus died for our sins to remove the curse, the completion of that promise is that He raised from the dead that we too will be raised up.
  • How can you believe Jesus died for your sins and that He raised from the dead and not believe everything in-between?
  • It’s time to believe Him, no matter what.
  • A real minister has all his provisions met by the Lord, not the world.
  • There are a few things that other religions have right.  After all, even a dead clock is right twice a day.
  • A child of God never retires.  They simply leave this world and go to another job.
  • If we aren’t changed, we die, just like a car battery.
  • Sometimes your battery charges another battery.
  • Prayer and praise and worship charge your battery.  For a super boost of power to your battery, pray in tongues.
  • When your battery is low, you don’t want to pray or praise the Lord.
  • Keeping the battery toppped off is much easier than charging it from dead.
  • Some batteries die and are not fixable.
  • As a disciple, preach the gospel to every creature (including animals).  It’s good practice.
  • Don’t be surprised when you preach to people and they don’t hear it.  But the one who hears, that’s the one you want to keep.
  • John 3:14-15 is the key to the gospel.
  • A religious Christian is only different from a religious muslim in that a religious muslim will carry out to the end the job at hand.  A fake christian judges everyone not worthy.  A muslim just tries to kill them.
  • A true christian judges himself not worthy and finds fault in himself and accuses himself.
  • Whoever looked upon the rod Moses held and believed would be delivered.
  • John 3:15 says SHOULD not perish, there’s no excuse.  Believe the Gospel AND be baptized and those SHALL be saved.
  • Mark 16:16 says He that believeth the Gospel.
  • Jesus died for ALL your sin.
  • You know you believe when Mark 16:17 happens … “And these signs shall follow them that believe…”
  • You have to be there in the name of Jesus (representing Jesus) not say “In the name of Jesus”.
  • If you pray for someone to be healed to prove you’re of God, you’re tempting God.  Just like picking up a rattlesnake to prove you’re a Christian and it won’t kill you is tempting God.  The Word is clear that you should not tempt the Lord your God.
  • Will you receive His free gift?
  • We are made partakers of Christ, IF we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast UNTO THE END.
  • You tend to join, by nature, with others in falling rather than in standing.
  • You don’t have to have the same testimony you have always had.

2015-10-12 pm

  • Rebellion and stubbornness will kill you.
  • Ann has a testimony of the Lord’s move in her life over the past 3 years including being delivered from COPD and diabetes.
  • We are the light, the reflection of Jesus to those out there.
  • Hiding the light under a bushel means the bushel is fear.  Pride and fear keep you from sharing the Gospel.
  • There is nothing good about us so there’s nothing to be prideful of, the only good is the Father.
  • Be the light He has called us to be.  Get rid of the fear and pride.
  • 26 years of hearing the same messages, we should know how to move forward by now.
  • You can be involved and yet be lost.
  • You can have heard it, received it and yet walk away from it.
  • Faith is the doing of the Gospel.
  • If you hear and don’t do, you are just like the children of Israel who died in the desert.
  • You have to run to the end of the line.
  • The Galatians had fallen, the KJV is the only one that shows they fell.
  • The Gospel is pure and perfect without adding anything to it.
  • When you add ANYTHING to the gift of salvation you have reverted to the law.
  • Is being in the Spirit of God your everything?  If it is, you won’t fulfill the lust of your flesh.
  • God is a God of hope.  He cleanses us of all unrighteousness.
  • If you immerse yourself in the Lord and His will and His ways, where’s the time for anything else?  Jealousy, bitterness, judgment, you won’t have time for it.
  • Prefer God and don’t play the game.
  • Recognize and receive that you have been and are playing the game.  The recognition is the beginning of repentance.
  • From the day you were born you are taught to listen to the flesh (don’t touch it, it’s hot).  You’re taught not to like this or that.
  • The Spirit of God is a gentleman who won’t make you do anything.  God commands to our good.  Satan on the other hand commands to our harm.
  • Walking in the Spirit is a process where you ask God to help you to hear, listen and obey the Lord.
  • Listen to what is said and stop trying to interpret it.
  • The Spirit of God is very soft, almost an urging or unction.
  • Psalms 46:10 says to be still (which means to shut up) and know that I am God.
  • Ask your elders what they learned.
  • We must rid ourselves of pride.  We hang onto pride because our flesh loves it.  Our flesh hates humility.
  • Repentance is about changing directions.  Repentance means leaving the game behind.
  • 2 Corinthians 7:9-10
  • Our works are vanity and pride.  Pride wants it to be all about you.  Humility knows it’s all about Jesus.
  • Your flesh is never going to agree with the Word of God and His ways, but you have to decide not to care what the flesh thinks.

2015-10-13 am

  • All of Gods promises become yes and amen because of His grace, not because of anything we do.
  • The sufficiency of the blood is ever present.
  • Receive the Word and put blinders on so your focus is on holding onto the Word of the Lord.
  • The testimony of Sarah is that she received that which the Lord had for her, because she judged God faithful.  It had nothing to do with her.
  • If you build a lousy house, you can tear it down.  But if the foundation is good you can build back on it.  Jesus is our foundation.
  • You’re not justified by the works of the law or even your faith, you are justified by the faith of Jesus Christ.  (Galatians 2:16)
  • If we get God to do something for us conditionally, then we think we don’t owe Him anything, when we owe Him everything.
  • It’s not YOUR faith that saves you.  He is the author and finisher of our faith.
  • Before Christ had faith, you couldn’t believe.
  • Christ has faith in you because of the power of His blood, if you will give yourself to Him unconditionally.
  • John 20:19 – The doors were locked for fear of the Jews.
  • John 7:13 – No man spake openly of Him for fear of the Jews.
  • Provoking to fear the Lord is critical.  Fear of God is the beginning of wisdom.
  • With repentance comes mercy and grace.
  • The world can not hate you.  It can only hate Jesus.
  • John 7:17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.
  • There are others who make up the cornerstone.
  • God gives us Apostles and Prophets.
  • God hath not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love and a sound mind.
  • Receiving Agape love is a choice.
  • We need to have a sound mind.  Don’t receive the double mindedness.
  • When you separate yourself from those who walk in the light, you’re not standing on the foundation.
  • Separation causes double mindedness.
  • The world should be terrified by you, not the other way around.

2015-10-13 pm

  • What is your vocation?  Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor or Teacher are the vocations in the Lord.
  • A pastor gives love.
  • Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.  Romans 10:17
  • Faith of God is the faith of Jesus and when you hear it and you receive it, it draws the Holy Spirit to you like a magnet.
  • Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith.  It has nothing to do with us.
  • Children don’t question how something works, they just know it does and therefore they believe.  If God says it, it works.  That’s all you need to know.
  • There is nothing you can do in your flesh that is pleasing to God.
  • For without faith it is impossible to please God.
  • Faith cometh (has to go from one place to another) by hearing the Word of God.  Faith comes to you from Jesus.
  • Natural faith is caught up in the things of this world.
  • His works are manifested through you.
  • The light bulb cannot take credit for the light.  It is the power plant that provides the light.  Jesus is the power plant.
  • Do you have hope for healing?  If you have hope for healing it is the evidence of faith in you.  Let it become the substance.
  • If we believe the sufficiency of the Gospel, we ARE free.
  • In 2 Corinthians 12:9 it talks of weakness and it means feeble or incapable of doing anything.  It also mentions infirmities which means the same thing.
  • Hezekiah’s father was a king who made his children pass through fire.
  • Hezekiah yielded to Isaiah.
  • In 2 Kings 18:12 it says “They would not hear them”.  Faith cometh by hearing, so there was no faith in them.
  • Paul didn’t try to hide his weakness, he recognized God was able and He received the grace of God which was sufficient.
  • When you choose to believe God, He will move.

2015-10-14 am

  • If you have a hunger in your heart for Jesus, shouldn’t you share that?
  • Love your enemies is contrary to the flesh and ways of the world.
  • It’s easy to forgive those who you love.
  • In Luke 6:35 it says Do these things and you will be a child of the Highest.
  • If you love someone you will share the Gospel with them.
  • If you haven’t been awe struck you don’t know Jesus.
  • Jesus can fix anything and everything.
  • What stops you from receiving the power of God that makes you a new creature?  You, the old man.
  • Even as Brother Scott worships the Lord he’s found himself searching for something in it for him.  That just proves that everything is yet about him and he has to choose to re-focus on the Lord.
  • The simple word of faith is what we need to know the Lord.
  • Brother Steve said his faith always seems to fall short and when he chooses to use his own faith, he always falters.  When he chooses to believe in the faith of Jesus Christ, that which he couldn’t see himself doing is now something he knows he can do.  The same is true for everyone else.
  • Walking by His faith means we’re walking in the Spirit.
  • Every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God is destroyed by the faith of Jesus Christ.

2015-10-14 pm

  • Do you love the Lord with all your heart, soul and mind?
  • Are you sharing the love of Christ with your neighbors?
  • We need to be about the business of sharing the Gospel.  That is what Agape love is all about.
  • If you want the things of the Lord, you need to hear, listen, receive and believe.
  • When we look at ourselves we see the caterpillar, not able to fly.
  • Our faith is not going to get it done.  Only the faith of Jesus will get it done.
  • Looking at the worm (caterpillar) makes us say we hope God loves us but we don’t have confidence to say that.
  • There is hope in a new day.
  • All God wants is for us to know He has not cast us off and He loves us.
  • Where sin abounds, grace abounds more.  God is glorified when grace abounds.  The Grace of God glorifies His redemption.
  • God doesn’t care about your shortcomings.  They may be news to you, but they aren’t to God.  He knows that His grace is sufficient.
  • Put your faith and trust in what He says, not what we say.

2015-10-15 am

  • When the sin of the world was put on Jesus, He could not be with the Father or be in communication with the Father for the first time ever.
  • Why would you find the living God among the dead?
  • We should do as Jesus told His disciples to do:  go out and preach repentance and remission of sins.
  • He loved us before we knew what love was, and that is a more sure thing that we should know and believe and hold fast to.
  • The enemy comes to kill, steal and destroy, and we need to cast out anything that exalts itself against the knowledge of God and hold onto the fact that in Him is light and no darkness at all.
  • Will you be a living sacrifice to others?
  • Jesus showed Agape love to those who killed Him when He had the power to call down fire from Heaven to destroy them all.
  • It’s not about our love, it’s about His.  It’s not about our grace, it’s about His.  It’s not about our faith, it’s about His.
  • Start walking in Him because His ways are light, truth and love, this world is lies, death and deceit.
  • This is the last week of loss.  It has no place in the body of Jesus Christ.  They thought they had Him when they were nailing those nails in His hands, they thought they had Him when they whipped and beat Him, they thought they had Him when they laid Him in the grave.  Did they have Him?  NO!  That was when He won His greatest victory!
  • Being provoked doesn’t always feel good.  In fact it never feels good to the flesh.
  • When you go out different than you arrived, don’t turn back.

2015-10-15 pm

  • Our carnal mind is at enmity with God.
  • It’s a simple choice to choose to change your mind.
  • When I’m working on my faith I impute evil intentions on others.
  • My faith will figure out a justification.
  • I want to partake in His victory.
  • My faith is absolutely worthless.
  • God wasn’t angry at Adam when he sinned because he knew him.
  • When you believe God it’s like lift-off and a hope is born in you.
  • Our job is to believe the Word of God.
  • The carnal mind is addicted to pride.
  • When you read the Word, hear the Word and believe the Word, then when something exalts itself against that knowledge of God you choose to believe the Word instead of the unbelief.
  • When you study the Word and you know God and His ways, when things come against Him and His ways you will recognize it in the same way that bankers are trained to recognize counterfeits.
  • All law boils down to love the Lord your God and love thy neighbor as thyself.
  • Don’t lose the simplicity of the Gospel.
  • Thank God I’m saved by Christ’s faith and not my own.
  • Our heavenly Father – Abba – Daddy.
  • Take God seriously, don’t take yourself seriously and believe His Word.
  • With man salvation is impossible but with God all things are possible.

2015-10-16 am

  • What causes us to play games?  It’s when Jesus is our Savior but we haven’t made Him our Lord and master.
  • Jesus is our Savior and that’s easy to accept but until we die to ourselves and submit to Him as Lord and master we’re not His.
  • It’s time to get serious.
  • Imagine what God can do when our head is in the game and consider what He has already done for, in and through us.
  • In the midst of our insufficiency God yet worked.
  • An attribute of love is thinketh no evil.
  • How can the world see a difference in Christ if Christians aren’t different from those in the world?
  • Lay aside every weight, and sin which doth so easily beset us.
  • Let the love of Jesus overtake you and get rid of the selfishness and bitterness etc.
  • If you want forgiveness you must forgive others.
  • Imagine if you had to pay for the baggage you carry around with you just like you have to pay for baggage to fly on an airplane with you.  Don’t leave here with baggage.  Put it aside and let God’s work begin in earnest.
  • We operate by the faith of Christ, not our own faith.
  • Make the flip from trusting in your own faith to the faith of Jesus.
  • Stop trying to do it and do it through Him.
  • If you take a knife and a toothpick and hold the knife pointing up and down and use the toothpick as the cross bar, when you try and pull the 2 ends of the toothpick together the toothpick will snap.  However, when you put it in the same direction as the knife, they are strong and unbreakable.  The same can be said for aligning your will with God’s will.
  • When you align your will with the will of God it’s unbreakable.
  • When our world falls apart we look to find somebody to blame and thereby justify ourselves.
  • God gives us love, God gives us power, God gives us a sound mind.  It’s a free gift!
  • You need love, power and a sound mind but you think you already have it and you don’t.
  • The holy spirit is a gentleman.  He won’t force you to do anything.  But we should choose to do His will.

2015-10-16 pm

  • You can have joy no matter what you do because joy comes from the Lord.
  • Turn your eyes upon Jesus & fix them on Him.  Fixing them means steadfastness.
  • The Gospel is about Jesus Christ.
  • Quit saying I’m going to or we’ve got to and just do that which He has for you to do.
  • When you do all things heartily as unto the Lord, then it doesn’t matter what they look like, how they make us feel etc.
  • Give it your all when you do all things heartily as unto the Lord.
  • If something is worth doing, it’s worth doing perfectly.  The Lord does things perfectly.
  • You don’t have to understand a thing God does, you just have to believe.
  • A problem most of us have is we still rely too much on our own understanding.
  • Receive the Kingdom of God as a little child, recognizing you know nothing.
  • It’s all about Jesus and His love, His grace, His mercy, His faith, not about us.
  • Believe and trust Him.
  • People don’t want to hear what you have to say and the love you think you’re going to share that you think is so good, is not going to help anyone.
  • True mercy of God comes when someone recognizes they’re wrong.
  • The things we want to hide are the things that give others hope.
  • Rest in His grace.
  • Signs follow them that believe means you go on and do not look back and others see the signs that follow those who believe.
