- Stop holding onto your stinkin’ thinkin’. You won’t ever have that new life divine if you’re still holding onto your own self.
- You must die to yourself to live for Christ. When you hang onto your old self the promises of God are held back, He can’t fill you when you’re in the way.
- You need to let yourself go so He can give you a new life, before you can pick something up you have to let go of what you’re holding onto. Grabbing a hold to the things of God is completely up to you.
- When you are hanging onto the old man you’re hanging onto bondage. The Lord is trying to show you a better way and set you free.
- Stepping out in faith takes boldness and courage. Will you surrender unto the Lord?
- As long as you’re in your old man you cannot get the promises of God.
- You choose to be on God’s side and He will be there every step of the way.

- To walk in His ways you have to step out in faith and choose love of others over love of self.
- Are you going to put your hope in Christ or in what you see? Christ honors your free will. Are you going to choose Him and His ways or are you going to choose the ways of the world?
