LISTEN TO CARTER PRICE PREACH

Service Notes For Sunday Texas 2020-02-16

SPEAKERS:

  • Carter Price
  • Rick Eutsler, Jr.

SCRIPTURES USED:

  • John 3

SUBJECT:

  • Carter was asked “Do you have any regrets on moving from Colorado to El Paso”?
  • Christ said follow me and I will make you fishers of men and the disciples dropped their nets and followed Him.  That is not Carter’s testimony.
  • Carter realized that all it would take would be 2×5 minute phonecalls and he could have his old life back.
  • The power of the Holy Spirit, which can drive you to the accomplishment of His will, is a great power.
  • You’ve got to be out of your mind to want the old man back, the old ways and the things of the world.
  • The Holy Spirit has kept Carter, may He keep every one of you to the end.
  • Because of the work of the Holy Spirit in Carter’s life, others have been able to be set free as well.
  • When you see the Holy Spirit move, how can you think anything else is worth fighting to get back?
  • Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.  If “this is no kind of life” is your statement, remember that Jesus is the life.
  • Bring things to the light so that they can get fixed.
  • When you witness the Holy Spirit moving on the behalf of someone else, it reminds you it’s absolutely worth it to lay down your life to serve Christ.
  • Catch-phrases do not deliver anyone from anything and they certainly don’t demonstrate the power of the Holy Spirit.
  • Taste and see that God is good!  Remember the goodness of God.
  • The Holy Spirit works tirelessly for your sake, not because you deserve it, but so you can know Him.
