Texas Wednesday Service 2020-06-17

To get to the place your faith doesn’t fail you is a work of God.  Pray that your faith doesn’t fail you.  We want to become a people whose faith is in the Lord, that it may bring forth faith filled leaders after our own hearts.  Pray for their faith not to fail.

SUBJECT:

  • Jesus is the greatest, you don’t compare. It is your natural man that tries to lift yourself up.
  • Unless you love God more than anyone else, you cannot be His disciples.
  • Coming to the knowledge that you’re not who you think you are in the presence of the Lord, can be pretty devastating.
  • Peter was converted by Paul telling him he was wrong, converted means to turn.  Hard things are not spoken to negate us but spoken to deliver us.
  • To get to the place your faith doesn’t fail you is a work of God. Pray that your faith doesn’t fail you.
  • It is important to know what is of God and what isn’t of God, and gain a confidence in Christ that you are able to pass through from your strength to the Lord’s strength.
  • Become a people whose faith is in the Lord which brings forth faithful rulers for us.
  • Job always knew God was God and God was righteous, you need to come to the place where you know that. If you will pass through the valley of Bacca, you will come to the other side where God is calling His people.
  • If you want the gold, it’s going to take humbling yourself and then humbling yourself again.
  • Esther was an obedient wife to her unbelieving husband and an obedient daughter to Mordecai her step father. Mordecai was also an obedient servant to the King. This demonstrated they died to themselves.
  • On your own your love is frail, incomplete, cannot stay a-course. Faith is steadfast, it doesn’t vary.
  • We want to become a people whose faith is in the Lord that it may bring forth faith filled leaders after our own hearts.
  • God does not begrudge the difficulty in the choices you have to make.
