PRAISE AND WORSHIP
Worship is a critical component to our fellowship and walk with Jesus. It plays a unique roll to ready our hearts and minds to receive the word of Lord. It helps us center ourselves and disconnect from what’s going on around us and focus on Jesus. The word says that when two or more are gathered together in His name, He is there in the midst of them. When we praise and worship the Lord, especially when gathered together, we enter into His presence. Praise and Worship also strengthens us individually as it helps us put our attention on Jesus and His mercy, goodness, faithfulness, kindness, and grace. There are many scriptures that admonish us to put our minds and hearts on Jesus, i.e. “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness…” and “Set your affections on things above, not on things of the earth…” There’s something that happens when the true worshipers of God worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. It opens a direct line of communication between us and our savior where we can get help, find answers, receive healing and deliverance, whatever we need. Below you will find some resources to help you have worship in your local fellowship, home church, or really any environment. There are 3 primary worship CDs created years ago by Rick Eutsler, Jr. along with a sampling of some of our favorite songs performed by our various worship teams. Rick has been working on a website called “Worship Workshop” at www.MP3Jesus.com which he’s posting information about how you can not only participate, but actually learn how to easily lead a robust worship ministry with little to no music training.
